Authors:
By submitting an article, you certify that you are the legal owner of the copyright of said article. If you do not have permission to post an article, do NOT submit it to our site.

We reserve the right to publish or reject any article that has been submitted to BiggerPockets, Inc. at any time for any reason, and may removed any article at any time for any reason without recourse.

Use of the BiggerPockets.com article directory falls under the Terms of Service (http://www.biggerpockets.com/terms.html) of BiggerPockets. By using our article directory, you agree to follow all terms indicated within said document.

Disputes
If we are informed that an article may be in violation of copyright, or be plagiarized, we will remove said article immediately from our directory.

Publishers:
In order to reprint any articles on BiggerPockets Articles, you must follow the rules. First and foremost, you may only publish those articles that are designated as "Reprint Rights Available". You must also:

  1. Not alter in ANY way the content or title of the article. This includes placing links in articles that may not already exist.
