Everyone loves the iPad but it might be surprising how helpful it is to property managers.

We've put together a list of ways you can use an iPad in your property management business...
1 - Carry an IPad with you when you're selling your services to new owners. If you use a web-based property management software you can show them in real time your work.

2 - Bring an iPad to show a renter a new property. Look up photos of other properties in real time instead of driving all over the place.

3 - Input work orders while you're at a property - avoid driving back to the office to enter data into your computer.

4 - Guide residents through the process to set up online rent payments using the iPad right when they move in.

5 - Take new pictures of a rental and then post them to your vacancy postings.

6 - Work from anywhere! Respond to questions, issues while you're away from your desk. The iPad is fun and easy to carry around so you can be enjoying your life while working remotely.
