How To Never Loose Money In Real Estate Investing!!

Catchy Title huh?

Well as catchy as that title is, most people that read this article already have accomplished this technique on how not to lose money in real estate investing.

Curious? Well, after spending hours and hours at the seminars, and charging up the credit cards, most people do nothing. They don't buy a house, they don't get a free house. They trust an agent who hasn't sold a house all year to be their savior. They do nothing. And honestly, they succeeded. They succeeded in not losing any money in their Real Estate Investments.

Why don't they act upon what they know? The list is as long as my arm. They don't know what to say, they don't know the paperwork, they don't know what color ink to use, (yes, I heard that one). Basically, alot of time it just comes down to fear.

Do you know that there at least 50 fears that the average Real Estate investor has.

But Tony, I can't ( Insert excuse here). Sure I get it. I understand how it feels to wonder what a seller was thinking. I understand the concerns about asking a seller to do a no payments, no interest carry back 1st mortgage on a free and clear house. I understand wondering why a seller would deed me their home and be ok with the loan staying in their name. As Lisa and I grew in experience, we stopped wondering, and started doing. We acted.

So you spent a boatload of money and it is now collecting dust, congrats! Now what are you going to do with it? 2009 is here... I am knocking off our objectives for the New Year. Without revenue, we would be a dead business.

Now, and this is only a question you can answer, are you ready to become financially comfortable? Don't worry about some silly recession. Lisa and I have chosen to not participate in it. So, are you going to waste all those manuals, CD's, books and bucks you spent. If you do nothing, you moved it from an investment to entertainment....IMPLEMENT IT!!

Most people will do Nothing..... and I can promise you how many houses they will buy in 2009....
