Wish this site was around years ago!

I just recently joined Biggerpockets.com and have been on the site for the most part of the last two days. Seeing people who are asking the same questions I had years ago get answers within minutes is a great feeling. This site gives people the opportunity to network with people in every area and in several different fields all in one place.
I can tell I will be on here way to much but the benefit will out way the carpal tunn...

I suspect over the next 30-60 days it will become ever clearer that we are still in the throws of painful real estate correction. Over the next several months I expect several things to happen:

Good News for foreclosure victims

Some homeowners will get an option to rent the home that they just lost. Its possible to stay in your home as a renter. Fannie Mae will give borrowers facing foreclosure an option to rent their homes for a year. Foreclosed home owners will be able to sign a one year lease, with possible month to month extensions with Fannie Mae. Good for everybody.
