I've gone from PR of 20-30 to, not only the first 10 results BUT I am in the very first position within the "organic" results (FREE exposure) just under the paid ads. Biggerpockets.com has more than quadrupled my traffic in less than a week. I am very impressed. It seems the more I blog and write, the better PRs I get.
