BiggerPockets Launches New Commercial Real Estate Forums (CRE)

One of our members brought up the suggestion of expanding the commercial real estate discussion footprint here on BiggerPockets the other day, and I'm glad he did; this is something that I've wanted to do for some time. 

I believe that BP needs to be a resource, not only for the residential investors out there, but also for the CRE crowd.

  4. There are several folks that have talked about starting CRE PM companies. I think you would be surprised at how many participate if we have a forum.

  5. I'm thinking that property management won't be as widely discussed as some of the other CRE topics, so I'd suggest a general CRE PM forum that includes all classes to keep the activity higher.
