      <description>&lt;p&gt;Today is an unusual day as I am doing something rather unorthodox for me.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I have a local investor that has quite a few properties. all or at least most of them are for sale.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;tough time to sell investment properties on the retail market. IYKWIM !&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;So I am putting together a finance package to get them cash out of their equity position.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I would like to get an 80% LTV but will probably only be able to find 70% LTV maybe 75%.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I am going to meet with them and the money man this morning.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;You too can put deals like these together. If you are going to be in the RE biz you need to be ready for anything that may come along.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;That is why I am here.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If you have a finance project,a note, a rent -to -own,lease option, subdivision, new home construction, flip, short sale, whatever then you need to email me so that I can help you with it.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If you dont ask questions or&amp;nbsp; you are lim iting yourself to 1 facet of Real Estate then you need to shift your thinking and expand your vision.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Remember to get it in writing ! &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;keep looking and moving forward.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ryan Cogburn CM&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;your coach and mentor&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;now go make it happen.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;</description>
