Finally getting my pictures together.  Many you saw the before pics.  The commercial interior has been completed.  Still need to check the roof and do something with the siding.

Work remains, but I in the office.  Next step is to get the basement apartment ready.

    These pictures are from about 2 weeks ago. I'm moved in and looking at placing and replacing furnishings. It's a process.

    I'm currently working on the basement apartment and will tackle exterior siding/landscaping/curb appeal over the course of the summer.

    My challenge is that I don't want to invest to much because I do plan to redevelop this site in the coming years. Parking is currently adequate but doesn't allow for much growth at this time. I have the means to create ample parking, but want to plan this carefully.
