Am I the only one that wonders around looking for the new greatest thing?

I do not think that I am. I have spent many of hours looking at new systems, listen to free webinars. I did this only to releize that 90 percent of them most likely make money off of their sales, and empty promises of their new latest greatest system. I am sure I am not the only one that has noticed that.

In these times it is always better to more with less. I am also wondering who else out there is looking for a better more effecent way to get things done, weather that is getting leads or saling houses. I have heard hey, put ads on craigs list, Craig list is free. Well I do not know about you but I know time is money. If I am not making money with my time, I loose intrest in it real fast. Craigs list works in spurts I noticed. A lot of people are up at 3:00A.M listing houses, placing ads for leads, looking, and so forth. They then find out that their phone is not ringing. YOu still have to have two things, you have to have someting that everyone wants, and you have to have at a great price. This is what I have noticed in my experience. The other thing is timing. I mean if you own a part for a car that someone needs now in hand you are more likely to sell it. That is if they know of you, and that you have it. If you have a part that someone don't need right now; they will look for better prices, and so forth and not as likely to buy from you. Same with houses. Houses I noticed around here there is certainb houses that are a rare commonity. People need them now! Due to jobs, family, or what have you. Step one find these people. That lead me to the question of how in the world do you find these people? How do they find me? Seriously do these poepale look on Craig's list? DO they see some crazy flyer that i Made? A banner sign? What? I noticed banner signs seem to not get the attion of the cleintale that I am looking for. Craig lise is not working as fast as I like to see. I mean I want a flipping avalange of people looking for houses, and wanting to sell a house.

How ldo you Get that? That is my snigal most important question that I ask. There again Ihave found their are people out there that claim to have the answser. I have noticed though they want to sell you a system. So sorta work, but most seem to be over hyped. I am sure you have noticed this if you have bought any at all. They only thing that they seem to be good at is selling their product. One key elemite that has been noticed and proven is that the timing that you put things on craig'slist is a key factor. Along with the prioce. You as an investor have to rember that you elling to people that are looking for deal in these times alos. The best place I can recomend to any one starting is to start by wholeselling. This does several things for you. It gives you a feel for what is selling, and what is not. Where they are selling, or locations that are moving. Or not moving. This also gives you money in your pocket. It builds your network up with local people. It gives a list of potinal backer for when you take on a rehab. It lets you know what your market is doing. Which way it is moving. What are people looking for. How your market braths and lives. It really does give you a better feel for how to handle houses, and what is a great price, and what is inot.

Hopefully this leaves you with a little more knowlege. Maybe give you ann idea of where to start that is not quite as confussing. After wholesaling is the basic of our business. At least from what I have learn. It is a grat teacher also with little to no risk.
