Can you name any lenders who will do 0% bridge loans that you repay when the $8k tax is collected?

So why did you write

"About a dozen states have started offering bridge loans to help spark home buying. These low- and zero-interest loans have to be repaid when the tax credit is applied"

Oopps Ivan I thought you were referring to a bridge loan for the purchase price not the credit. I read too fast.

Some states are doing short term loans for the 8k tax credit though. Most lenders like Flagstar and many others will apply this bridge for the 8k tax credit here in CA but I'm not sure about WA if you can document the process for an amended tax return.
