So many holiday parties and events this time of year. I hope your December has been filled with some great year end production and you get the chance to enjoy a few holiday parties and some great time with family and friends. I still have a few escrows I'm hoping to close before ringing in 2010!
The Real Estate Investment industry has been very challenging in 2009 but opportunities continue to be all around us. I truly do appreciate the Bigger Pockets community of online real estate investors and to those of you that I have had a chance to make a real connection with or do business locally, thanks a million. I continue to learn and grow from this web site and all of it's contributors.
I continue to help with conventional and government financing however this is the first year that personal Real Estate Investments have surpassed my Mortgage Business. In part thank you to this community!
Hope you all have a GREAT rest of 2009 and feel free to contact me if you would like to explore a collaboration!
Please feel free to connect with me on my other social online networks if you choose to. I welcome new connections.
