The first component to creating a successful real estate investment income is Education! You can attend the University of Barnes and Noble all you want but at the end of the day you need to learn from professionals that have made the mistakes and teach you how to avoid them! Unfortunately a small mistake in a Real Estate transaction could end up costing you hundreds of thousands of dollars. Over $500 Million was spent last year on gurus and the late night boot camps however we've found that very few of those that attend these boot camps actually ever do a deal that yields a profit.

If you can learn a system from start to money then you can duplicate success. So what is a system you ask? A system is when you take one action and 99% of the time you will have the same result.
