4 Tips for Raising Private Capital

Did you know that creating funds for your real estate deals and business ventures can be a lot easier than you think? There are several ways to create the capital you need for your endeavors. Too many people let money stop them in their tracks and become paralyzed by fear. Even in this current economic climate creating capital for your projects can be easier than you think. Over the next several weeks I will show you how YOU can create capital. When it comes to raising money there are several techniques I've had success with.

1. Self Direct your IRA! - Did you know you can use your retirement to invest tax free into many different types of Investment. Stop loosing money in the stock market! Remember that old 401k from you employer five years ago! That is YOUR money!
2. Get a CPN Number - Not widely used or known about this could be a great way to get capital.
3. Get Involved - Go to city meetings and planning sessions. Network and learn from people that have money you never know who might want to invest in your projects.
4. Peer to Peer Lending - Goldmine's on the internet such at www.lendingclub.com and many others!
