Finding that private investor

  I am a small real estate investor and what I have done has come to a stand still mainly because I have lost my fiancing. I have a credti score of over 790 and can not get the funds I need on the great deals I find with foreclosures in the Real Estate market here in the Tip of Alabama. The Real Estate market is posied to move mainly because of the job market.

   I have ready many areticles about how to find these privaste lenders but to no avail. I would like to hear from others who have either mastered this situation as well as those who have tried ways and they have proven not worthy of your time.
