Hi, I wonder what pricing and value would be on a note of 40k balance sold late 2008/Early-09, on a 1.3+ acre view parcel that owner/contractor built garage on with possible living quarters being added in. Garage is very nice & was around 37k. alone. Also added was a  very nice 3-4 rail 2-1/2" steel, welded, 5' tall fence all painted etc.

#2- Also have Commercial Industrial property and seperate acreage for sale in Logan NM. (Quay County) 3-miles from Ute Lake, 80 miles from Clovis NM. & only 105 miles east to Amarillo TX.
