Why it is important to invest NOW!

Now, more than ever is the time to invest in real estate. Reasons Why?

1. Down economy and housing market means GREATER DEALS.

2. Becoming wealthy and self sufficient has become easier

3. This is the ultimate job security.

People that are sitting on the sidelines and waiting. My question is what are you waiting for? Are you waiting for housing prices to go up like they did in 2001?

If you have a 401K or a IRA use some of that money to get your real estate investing career started.

If your market where you are is to difficult then find another market that is suitable for you where you might have family or friends that can keep an eye on the property for you. But, of course you would get a property manager after doing your research.

Deals here in the Charlotte area are plentiful and with the DNC coming it is a chance to get in and make some REALLY good CASH. Think about what you are doing with the money you have today, and see if it will be there for you tomorrow.

Houses will always be around. People will always need a place to live unless they want to be homeless.

In the real estate game you make your money when you BUY not when you sell. If you buy the property right then you will make plenty of money if you buy it wrong you will know. As winter approaches go back to some of the old deals that have not CLOSED and visit that realtor or homeowner and see if they are MOTIVATED NOW.
