A Glimpse of the coming WAVE

I have altruistic motives in the development of the ManageToSellâ„  program, which include Genuine Neighborhood Stabilization. Our Governments failed attempts to stabilize a huge mess, largely attributed to their activities, is hurting real folks.

So, I am looking for the keys to solving the problem of Community Bankers, being Held Hostage by non-performing-customers, when my research takes me to FDIC Quarterly reports. The REO marketing plan has exerted constant downward pricing pressure for the market as larger Banks are willing to dispose of Foreclosed Fixed Assets at astounding discounts. You know it's rampant as the WSJ is calling Investors Vultures for taking the investments...

What I discovered, while researching local Banks is that the REO WAVE unchecked is positioned to beat down the market again when the Non-Accruing column is eventually dealt with by the Bank Regulators. What began as a Community Bank Problem, is set to become a Regional Bank problem if I read the reports correctly. 

More of these non-performers are dropping big dollars monthly into the "NEVER" column for Banks at all levels on the FDIC chain. As an example, it appears that a certain Stage Coach Bank has $5 billion in Residential REO as of April, 2011. - and $30 billion in past due columns about to SMASH the REO line on the Balance Sheet.

We prefer property management & buyer agency and don't solicit listings hoping the owner will weaken to the point of becoming the market maker. This is looking like a better strategy every day. From down here, looking up at the WAVE, it appears that the Debt Wave is increasing in magnitude monthly.

A financial Tsunami is now forming, and the Regulators are giving no indication that anything will be done to dampen the blow. I am developing the ManageToSellâ„  to allow investors to profit, keep the FDIC away from Friday Calls to Community Banks, and to Do the Work Our Government can't do -Stabilize Neighborhoods and Real Estate Markets.
