T'was the Night before Christmas
When all through the rental house
Not a creature was stirring not even a mouse

The stockings were hung by the Chimney with care
In hopes that Saint Jolan would soon be there!

With the Myself, My Wife and the Children all snug in our beds

Having visions of owning a Home Dancing in our Heads

Then, just then outside there arose such a clatter
I jumped from my bed and ran to the window
I had to see what was the matter

I tore open the shutters and threw up the sash
when what to my wondering eyes should appear
But a miniature sleigh with 7 people standing there!

Then up to the roof top they all flew,
As I drew in my hand and was turning around
Down the Chimney Saint Jolan came with a bound,
