The bank has assessed the value of these residential REO's (mostly nice, newer homes built 2003 to 2008, a couple of town houses/condos....) at $44.8 Million.... but they did not suggest a firm strike price.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Please, be prepared to offer at least 55% plus 3 points since most banks these days prefer to sell properties individually to maximize their profit.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;If interested, please contact me (only direct buyers or their representatives).... BTW, my bank contact and I will claim half of the three points.
