CHEAP NW bulk REO tape..... 750+ homes @ .10 cents

Hi everybody~

Here is a brief info on both nationwide packages we are selling right now...... direct buyers only, please.

1) 762 properties in 24 states, heavy rustbelt (OH 209, MI 292), but GREAT price at less than .10 cents on the dollar, no cherry picking (but I'm fairly certain that I would be able to sell just OH or MI as a bundle)

PRICE incl. fees: $3,953,000 ===> average price $5,188/door (incl. 3% fee)

Private seller (known to me, have dealt w/him directly), seller's rep ($51K) and

me ($51K); you would be the buyer's rep ($51K)..... or you have to charge your buyer your own fee on top of that.....

BTW, deeds are ready (buyer can verify w/known escrow), and seller is willing to buy back or replace properties with excessive back taxes and/or liens.

2) 205 properties in 18 states, half of it rustbelt (i.e. OH 42, MI 108), but EXCELLENT price, and if someone wants just MI and/or OH (those properties would sell for approx. $1,300/door if bundled by state), cherry picking IS allowed (but prices for individual houses are higher, pls inquire)

PRICE incl. MY fees: $878,000 ===> average price $4,283/door (incl. MY fee)

Private seller as well (known to me, dealt w/him before), and I'm the seller's rep. Since my fee is included, you and buyer's rep would have to add on your fees!!

Neither package price includes closing cost or related fees, and buyer is responsible for his own DD.
