I'm getting ready to move down to Florida and want to continue investing in property in various parts of the state. Anyone interested in partnering with me on some deals including multi-unit buildings please contact me. I'm thinking of buying a duplex or triplex for myself to get started so I can cover the mortgage with the rental income from the other units.
