Commercial Hard Money Loans are Best Option for New Acquisitions

Commercial real estate investors have been busy adding commercial properties to their portfolios in recent years. Many of these properties have been vacant for awhile or in need of past due maintenance. Even for commercial real estate investors with the best credit and income, obtaining bank financing for these types of properties is nearly impossible. Banks like properties that are income producing, not distressed or vacant properties. For this reason, commercial real estate investors have had to seek out alternatives for commercial financing.

For new acquisitions, commercial bridge loans, also called private money loans or commercial hard money loans, have been the top option for commercial real estate investors. Commercial hard money financing has allowed real estate investors to build their portfolios with distressed assets that a bank would never lend on. If you’ve never used private money loans before, read more about these types of loans on our ‘Hard Money 101’ blog: http://privatemoneyutah.com/hard-money-101/

  1. This is a great article. Keep up the good work. I would also like to share my opinion with everybody. I honestly don't think that banks are going to help us out. I think that it is better if the borrowers communicate their needs through loan brokers like Biz4Loans at www.biz4loans.com instead of actual lenders
