Hello all,

I finally took two first steps this month. The first was actually making a choice on a path for my business, and wholesaling is the winner..

After spending just about a year muddling around trying to read everything I could to learn this business, I chose to go forward and use what I have learned so far and  put things in motion to get my first deal.

So as of this month;

1. 1) I will be sending out my first 100 yellow-letters to my hard sought after "absentee owner" list compiled from my own search independent research efforts. (Don't have the cash to Buy a list yet.)

2) I will be using "Post Cards" too. (I will determine what works best for me) 

3) And I am also using Craigslist, BP & eBay for classified ads.

For now, that's all. I'm looking to send out at last 200 direct mail pieces per month for the next 3 months, for starters!

My second first step, "This Blog"! At the start of joining BP, I was not confident that I had anything to contribute, however, what I have realized (or what I hope to do) is allow my experiences, success & failures be a lesson to others starting.

Good, bad or ugly, don't judge, I'm a work in progress.
