Believe it or not, this is an excellent time to invest in Israel ...

Long known as the land of challenges - socially, politically and especially in terms of real estate; the Land of Israel also offers amazing opportunities for good ROI's if you know where to look.

In my opinion many of the challenges exist as every country, every international organization over the last how many thousands of years has done their best to lay their claim to The Land. How can the people of any country create an identity, truly build a culture if others from the outside work to break it down to get 'their piece of the pie'?

The naturally resulting issues end up in exhorbitant housing costs, or a lack thereof to handle the population growth. Since most of a country's citizens will live in the major population centers due to employment and service opportunities, many of the outlying towns and areas are overlooked. This is true worldwide, not just in Israel.

One of the major issues confronting real estate firms in Israel is the fear of being labeled 'racist' as we are commanded by Torah not to sell the land to any but another Jewish person. We are not racist at all, we are Israel - the nation of the Jewish people, also ratified by the UN in 1948; period.

Every country exists under its own set of laws and it is not up to others to decide whether they agree or not; they are what they are. Ours may be different, but they are part of Israel and its long history; as are the laws and history of other countries.
