Book Review: The 250 Questions Every Landlord Should Ask

I just read the book "The 250 Questions Every Landlord Should Ask" by George Sheldon.

Overall I found it to be a fabulous book.  The questions were divided into various sections, starting with finding properties, to finding tenants, to managing properties, and eventually to selling.

I think new landlords, and even those who are thinking about getting into landlording, would appreciate reading this book.  Sometimes people don't know the questions to ask, and this lays out those questions as well as providing a paragraph or two answer for them.

At the back of the book there are sample formats for accepting or rejecting an applicant. There are also the list of the 250 questions so you can take a glance through them in list form.  There's also an index, so you can look up various topics.

Overall I give this book an A+!

Between you and @Michele Fischer , I keep falling further behind on my reading list.   I will check with the library this week.
