I have a portfolio of 9 fully rented and rehabed South Bend properties.  They are all in good rentable areas and I have put over $10,000 into each home's rehab.

 The leases are long term, and are returning over $600 per month .... or a Cash Flow of about $6-7K per year!

 as this is an urgent sale (due to personal problems) I am only after $35,000 per property.  These homes are valued at over $50,000 each.

Amazing return on investment.  perfect for an out of state investor.  Great property management in place - who will continue with the new owner.
