June: The Month of Grads and Notices

Greetings BP family!  I've been off the site for about a week, and am experiencing serious withdrawals!  At least I still had the podcasts and Ask BP casts!

We've been busy with family visiting to see our eldest graduate high school.  Woo-hoo!

Our first six months of quiet rentals is also screaming to an end.  Our problematic tenant has been given notice to move out 6/30, and another great tenant gave notice for move out 7/31.  Darn it!
