What's Holding You Back? December 9

Okay it's been a week since I've had a conversation on my journey THE REAL ESTATE TRIP.

A co- worker I saw his name on BP so I asked him about his journey. He is just starting and not to his own admission is a little timid about it. We laughed about how we wanna do it and gathering the info. He does have more of an advantage because his neighbor is "doing it" full time and making it happen. (lil envious) but I can do it too! I have to encourage myself.

Anywho, I don't want to dwell on what I don't have so let's just stick to the trip.

Of course I think I need a company name, read the blogs of the pros and cons of a name before the deal, get the deal most say but if you like order like I do I thought of the name. I had a home based business a few years ago so I know how to get an LLC. Now I need to figure out the right way to have a business? Can't find the right answers on that one, little confused. Do I need to talk to real estate lawyer on how to set up my business ?

What do I want to specialize in? I've always wanted to rehab and rent.

I signed up with the local REIA, the president in his bio says he likes to network and help newbies, loves wings for lunch. I sent an email to set up a lunch. Let's see if he responds. I know it is the holiday season so I have a feeling it will be January 2014 until more network events are scheduled.

A side note I have a head cold so honestly I need to get some rest.
