New Construction in Downtown Columbia SC

Monday, July 27

I met with Tim from Pinpoint Home Inspections this morning at 464 Jackson Avenue in Keenan Terrace. This home is a brand new craftsman style bungalow that has all the custom features one would expect in a 300,000 dollar home. This home was listed for $169,900. The inspection went great and Tim said the builder went above what is required when building this home.  For buyers looking to purchase Downtown Columbia homes there are many great options in Keenan Terrace.

There is a brand new bungalow style home being built down the street with 9 ft ceilings, granite counters, and ebony stained hardwoods. This home will have designer finishes and custom work throughout and will be offered for $135,000.
