  1. My name is Terry Goldberg and to my surprise I actually had a loan modification done without getting beat for my money!! I was laid off last year and fell behind on my mortgage. I had tried to get BofA to modify my loan and got nowhere. Then I went with a local law firm and ended up losing $2500 just to find out they could not help!! I wanted to give up but my wife started looking online and came across William Berger law offices in south florida. After my wife did the research so we could trust who were dealing with. I called and spoke with Lenny which right away he informed me of what his firm can do for $1500 and $750 a month and it would only take 3 months. My wife and I had only one try left before we would lose our home of 16 years, so we gave it a shot and in 3 months exactly we were able to get a principle reduction with a fixed interest rate for 30 years. I want to let everybody know who's going through the same problems, that this firm helped me when I had lost all hope! Here is the number you can reach Lenny with 561-201-8159 Good luck everyone...

  2. Great! What an informative info you have in here. Now I understand better their differences between attorney-based loan modifications and companies that operate without attorneys. lucas law center http://www.lucaslawcentersite.com/

  3. Well, it looks like the latest stimulus plan will be officially passed any day now . Although I’m not sure that they are aware of it, taxpayers have already paid $250-billion towards the previously passed stimulous plan. Here is an article break... 4. Hazel, The real difference is the response time from the institution, and the options that you have when represented by legal counsel. Loss mitigation departments at major banks and lenders give much more credence to modification proposals submitted by attorneys. Maybe it is fear of litigation if they do not negotiate in good faith, but banks and lenders are much more responsive to attorneys than they would be with the actual homeowner or other third party negotiator. Our success rate has achieved an astonishing 93% of clients. Again, the typical brokershop out there is not achieving these results. The biggest reason for this, is when we do a Forensic Loan Analysis, we look for violations of the TILA (Truth In Lending Act) as well as RESPA (Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act) violations. Most brokers out there started calling on all the clientele that the had put into these bad loans. The LAST thing a broker would do is an analysis that shows the broker violated the law. Simply put, the broker will not litigate on your behalf, nor will they tell you that litigation is an option as they do not want to get sued. Our fees are significantly LESS than most brokerage shop charge. TYPICALLY, a loan mod consultant will try to sell you this service for $2500-$3500. We believe that fee is outrageous, and that you (the consumer) are being taken advantage of. We charge $1995.00 end to end. Nothing more. In fact, we believe that you will be so delighted with our service, we offer a money back guarantee. ( I doubt that you will see any brokers out there, willing to do that. Thanks for your questions Hazel. If you are looking for further information, go to my new website: FreedomLoanMod.com and then contact me directly. Thanks and best regards, Scott Cook

  5. Hi Scott, just wondering what the difference is between attorney-based loan modifications versus companies that operate without attorneys. What is the comparable success rate? Also, how do the fees differ? Looking forward to hearing from you.
