building my buyer's list

Hello, I have a large inventory of REO'S  and short sales throughout the five boros in NYC and I'm looking for cash buyers and preapproved buyers to sell these properties to. I would also like to place buyers on my buyer's list anyone interested in being placed on my buyer's list feel free to contact me with your name, number, price range, property type and area to buy in and I will surely get back to ASAP with your request.

   Richard, there is a Buyers List thread in the forums that you'll probably get a better response than here in a blog. You might want to go check that out if you haven't already.

   Also you might want to seriously consider throwing up an actual example property so potential buyers can see exactly what you're dealing with there in NYC, just a thought
