Still on the hunt

So after feeling the fear of submitting my first offer, now I feel the anxiousness of trying to get an offer accepted! Many of the properties I've seen online are no longer available for many reasons, but mostly because there has already been a deposit put down on it. So now I feel that I have to act quickly in order to get a property, which is true. But more importantly I have to remember that I have certain characteristics and standards that I have to abide to. I cannot buy a property to just buy a property. Money is made on the buy,  not the sell! I've been lucky enough to develop a relationship with a mentor and after our scheduled phone call, I was reminded of the patience needed in order to be successful in this game.

So the hunt continues. Patiently I will continue to hunt for the property within my strike zone. Once I find it, I will have to act quickly! I look forward to it.
