Day 2 of Cheap Auction House

WELL (in a huffy voice)! Here I am so excited about my first adventure, right? I email the dude and  . . . He had sold it before my auction leeway had ended! I had emailed him about how to pay for my now "you're the highest bidder" auction and he responds that he thought I didn't want it and sold it to someone else! I'm not sure how that works on an auction, but . . .

Okay, I must confess that I was secretly glad. This house is a total terror! I was really overwhelmed when I looked at really closely. I'm talking new roof, ac, floors, walls, cabinets, toilets. Yeah. I think I dodged a bullet on that one.

Soooo, it frees me up to take advantage of a 3/2 that only needs paint, carpets and some tree work in the yard. Great rental potential!
