Research

Well, it seems the first step will be to gather as much information as possible.  I have contacted a real estate agent told her my parameters and now have MLS listings being sent to my email address.  The really great deals appear to be gone before they reach my inbox...hhmmm, there must be a better way to reach the good deals before they are gone.  I plan to reach out to this agent and ask questions on how to be apprised of listings sooner.  In addition, I plan to contact a real estate attorney later today to learn the do's and don'ts as well as what to look out for when investing and flipping?  I have a lot to learn and I am eager to get started.  I have also contacted my local county real estate auction site.  There are so many houses in my area listed for auction.  Learning what properties are worth bidding on seems to be a daunting task.  I have found a website that offers to do a lot of the tedious research for a small fee.  In addition, what about tax auctions...this may be profitable.  I will keep on trucking there appears to be mountain of information to traverse before I will be able to make my start.  Wishing all prosperity and good fortune.  Until next time wishing you all peace and good health.
