What is a good starting point to offer the bank?

or this home may go to forclosure..none pending yet.

We have a ton of lease to own leads and would like to know if anybody would like them? we are based in ohio but are getting reponses from all over!!! we get all complete tenent info, area, down payment avail, rent range, type of home...Whats fair? 20/bucks a lead? Sincerely, Matt

Hi bigger pockets investors!!!

Does anyone have experience send out post cards to mls expired listings to find motivated sellers? any response data? 2-5% phone calls?
