Hi All fellow investors!
Started using a national company to post rent payments on my tenants credit reports! its amazing on how many people pay on time......this service on;y cost a few bucks per month!

Do you tell your tenants you are going to do this, or do they find out "the hard way?"

Hi Jon, I tell them upfront and follow through....most luv the idea of reporting...if they don't like it...they dont pay rent on-time!
Hi Rent follow up..... go to reportrent.com A good friend of mine ows this company and it makes rent collecting MUCH easier!
