Hi All,

Today I found if you search for "We Buy Houses" Yahoo has a list of people in your area that are potential buyers for a wholesaler.  I found 500 people that are using that phrase in their websites to increase their hits on searches.  We will see when I interview each of them over time who is serious, what types of properties are they interested in, are the maxed out, etc.

I got so good advice from a blog response today also, to focus on getting some deals done and less on the branding.  Also, to use FSBOs because they are already motivated.
