   Update: Less than 24 hours since I made this blog post and I have received 7 emails expressing interest so far. 2 interviews have already been scheduled and both individuals appear promissing.    This opportunity is for REO flips where I will teach from start to finish how to do the market analysis, financial projections, build the contacts and team, negotiate the contract, buy, fix/rehab, and then retail it. The deal I have now will net me a profit after ALL expenses, including holding costs and re-sell costs of over $50k! Not all deals are that sweet, but I don't touch them unless there is at least $20k in profit so a small educational investment will yield a nice return to each of the 4 individuals who will then have real life experience on how to do it. Many of you know that while reading books and forum threads is a great start to your education, nothing beats experience.
   I feel the two things that stop most people is the lack of expereince and the inability to get past the fear. With an expereinced veteran holding your hand and kicking you in the azz, I eliminate both problems to make sure of success.

   You do need money inroder to work this strategy, but there is no rule saying it must be YOUR money! OPM is always an option.

    Deadline for candidates to get their paperwork back to us is extended to Wednesday due to technical difficulties which were explained to each candidate via email.
