I love your videos and what you're doing to provide a program for people who want to learn in the real estate industry. However, I want to comment that for videos like this one, is there a way you can tone down on the background music? Because it's really hard to concentrate on what you're saying when the music is more in the foreground and is distracting the listener from focusing on what you have to say. Just my two pennies. Mai

ya after re-watching it (even that paid actor part playing as a student LOL!!) it does seem like the music is a little overbearing.

    Mai/Nick,
After speaking to the producer, it was an accident on the last video that the sound was high. Rather than going back to edit the entore piece, it was left as is, but it will not happen on future videos. Thank you for the assistance with your comment.

Nick, I realize you are just trying out for Saturday Night Live Edition, but so that EVERYONE is crystal clear, that was not a paid actor, it was one of our students who you will all be hearing from soon I am sure about a deal he will be closing! He is definately on his way thanks to the real hands on training he is receiving.

Did a termite inspector miss that problem or was there just a general inspection? Looks like a pretty easy thing to miss.

    Jeff,

There was a termite report that caught a majority of the issues but not the ones hiding under the subfloor. So yes, easy and possible to miss, but not a large issue to deal with. Once the home is rehabbed completely, we will have the house tented for termites to kill anything and everything in the home.
