Our "Make Me An Investor" Program is an 8 week intensive and hands on program that teaches you ALL the details of how to profit from today's REO market. It is a hands on experience taught by real investors, not gurus, and no details are left out.

You will have ALL the tools and training needed by the end of the 8 week program to contract your very own REO rehab project and resell it for maximum profits.
One of our students from the first round stated that, "what you guys are teaching us can change people's lives."

Don't miss out on ths opportunity! This market will not last forever, now is the time to take action and do it right!

I'm actually one of the students that was fortunate enough to get into the "Make me an investor" program.

    Little back story:
I officially decided to be come a Real Estate Investor back in March of this year (You can see by looking at my very first post on biggerpockets). I attended a Guru seminar and was dazzled by all the new investment strategies that existed. Long story short, I was getting nowhere fast and spent a significant amount of money in getting started. From the beginning of the year to now, I believe I have read more books this year alone than I haver ever read in my life. I understood the concepts there was just the hurdle of actually applying it to this current market. I'm sure quite a few people can relate. Even here at bigger pockets I was confused. There is such an information overload, even in the "starting out" section you don't know where to start. So many people have so many opinions of what works for them... but what works for me and my area?
I started going to a few investment clubs and signed up for a few bootcamps in hopes that I would find answers to my questions. While they were informative and kept me motivated, there was still that hurdle of applying it to my local market. A few bootcampers give out their numbers to call for help, but in reality they have so many students calling with crazy questions the conversations can be very very short and you are still left unsure of what to do.

I continued to check on biggerpockets, kept buying more books (when I should have been checking them out at the library!), sending out lowball offers on houses and not getting a single call back. I was really beginning to feel that maybe I wasn't cut out for this industry as the gurus made it sound so easy. I started noticing a few familiar names popping up. Ryan Weber, Will Barnard, MikeOh and a few others on this site (of course Josh). I noticed that Will Barnard was fairly close to where I lived so I checked out his site. I didn't know what to think of the guy. All I had to go by was a blue skyscraper that he uses as an avatar, haha. He seemed to know what he was talking about in the forums so I gave the office a call.

    Fast Forward to today:
Now as my session is coming to an end, I can honestly say it was the best money I spent on my real estate education, Period.

The stuff they teach you in the session is so valuable. It's not really the "how-to" process, but more of the "how you say it" that really benefited me. You can't learn that from a book, video or a bootcamp. Everybody has scripts available to them. I can guarantee that with 10 people you will hear that script said 10 different ways and probably only 1 of them is saying it the right way(they don't use scripts by the way). How would you know if you are saying it right or wrong unless somebody told you? Just by those tips alone, it improved my real estate game massively. I was getting callbacks and people were taking me much more seriously.
Will and Michael are just a fountain of information and know their stuff well. Every session I learned something new from them that I tried to apply that week. As we're coming to an end, our sessions are even getting shorter because myself and the other students don't have many questions to ask anymore. Through the training and the massive amount of time spent answering every single question that we could come up with (stupid and not so stupid), I feel very comfortable getting out there and taking care of business.

If this opportunity hadn't come my way when it did, I would be lightyears behind the game. I still keep in touch with the people I met at the guru course to see what they are up to and what they have learned. I was the star of the show, to put it bluntly. I impressed a few people enough that they are inquiring about the program as well.

Like the saying goes "the best compliment you can give is a referral,"... coming from somebody that has just done the course. All I can say is, do this. These guys are for real.
