        ----- seems like a lot of investors refuse to yield like you did and end up taking less AND losing out on future opportunities which only compounds their profit loss.</description>

It is always hard to take the hit.  But, this looks like the best decision for your case.  You should teach about this concept more.  Like stated above, most investors do not understand this concept.</description>

      <description>Thanks for your commentys guys. James, you are right, I should add that to my teachings in our &amp;quot;Make me an Investor&amp;quot; program. We do cover a ton of things, and I do touch on the potnetials for loss, but the appraisal issues can be a big hit if you are not prepared. Thanks again for your comment and suggestion.</description>
