   Thanks for your message. It is not hype, and I am well aware of all the wannabie tape sellers (better known as broker chains) out there.

   Update: Ignore this blog post. Bulk REO (or at least finding actual real product) has been a nightmare and a black hole. I have given this strategy up and moved on to things that can be done.
