Okay so i'm new to this BUT I got the goods.  I've been a Realtor for over eight years in Northern Virginia outside DC.  I've set myself up with the proper contacts at Fannie Mae and FDIC to get BULK REO products.  I'm a Realtor I dont have the money to buy these and sell.  I'm looking for investors who want to purchase DIRECT.

   VERY, VERY interested ASAP!!! I have multiple investors ready to purchase bulk REO. Have 2 seperate guys ready now for up to 50 units in VA area. Had tape that just got let go to another investor due to Fannie Mae miscommunication with partber and I am searching for other Bulk deals. I actually am a branch manager for a National lender and have been a direct commercial & residential lender for 11 years. Currently flipping properties on the side now but ready to move up into bigger and better deals to maximize profits and utilize creative strategies. Call cell-703-585-5126
