Are commercial deals with no money out of pocket financing doable?  I am going to research this question over the next week and share my discoveries as I try to find a commercial deal with no out of pocket money. 

I am going to try to share step by step what I am doing and hopefully get some advice from some of the experts here in BP forums to add to this post.  So check back frequently as I try to put together a deal with no money and without using my credit.  Let's see if I can do what some say can't be done!

Heres my blog!  It was extremely important to me to get an award.  So I started one! ;-).  I finished my profile and didn't get one so I figured there had to be some kind of trck to it, so blog is the route I'm taking.  Plus I want people on here to get to know me.
