Investment Business Partnerships

I'd like to tell you how Investment Business Partnerships are making me money in my investment business.

You already know that creating multiple streams of income is wise as you grow your real estate investment business.

As my knowledge of real estate investing increases and my network of investors grow, my services become more valuable to other investors.

This is leading to more pay days for me.

Let me explain what I mean. And I'll give you a couple of examples of what I'm talking about.

EXAMPLE ONE - SHORT SALE

A distraught homeowner called asking for my help. The bank was about to foreclose on their home. The house was in serious disrepair. The timing for me buying this particular property was not optimal. My cash was tied up in other investment property. But thanks to my network of investors who I have personally worked with, I knew who to call.

I called an investor who I knew could do the deal. What was needed immediately to stop the foreclosure was a cash offer. My investor partner made a short sale offer same day the property went on the market. The bank approved the offer and they went to closing shortly thereafter.

EXAMPLE TWO - OFF MARKET

A frustrated investor called me looking to wholesale his great deal. He didn't have a good enough cash buyers list to assign the contract fast. Unfortunately for me, the timing was not good to buy his deal. So I called one of my top buyers who promptly went to inspect the property and told me right away he would take the deal.

In both examples, the investors paid me for my business services, which included marketing, research, and consultation. 

Yes, my years of networking and building trusted relationships with investors cost me a lot of time and work doing deals and helping them to make money with me.

And now my investment of building my network is resulting in periodic pay days with Investment Business Partnerships one deal at a time with just a few phone calls and a couple of emails.
