Commercial Property needed, Buyers in place!

I am looking for Commercial Property with a Cap Rate of at least 8%+, buyers are in place.  The property can be anywhere in the U.S. Preferably properties that are over the One Million Dollar mark.  Although will look at all options. The higher end the better, especially interested in Storage Facilities, Mobile Home Parks, Shopping Malls, Etc.
