My partner wrote a post on our blog today about no points and no fees loans. Can they make money without charging these fees?
That sounds silly just saying it but the ads are compelling. Mortgage companies do not do loans for free…nothing in the mortgage business is free. So, with that said, when you see an ad for no cost refi or no fees or points you aren’t getting something free.

Thanks!
