Our service offerings include Retainer consulting, whereby we represent clients by first gaining a complete understanding of the client’s situation, objectives, and constraints as they pertain to real estate investment and, based on this understanding, identify opportunities and make recommendations focused on increasing the client’s net worth;

Investment analysis, a service that can be either high-level or in-depth and can include financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, or comprehensive analysis of a particular investment opportunity; Buyer representation, in which we contract with purchasers of real property to represent them in one or multiple transactions;

Portfolio management, in which we utilize periodic future-value and cash-flow analyses of a client’s portfolio to determine the most opportune time to sell, refinance, lease, or sublease an investment property and the effects that these types of decisions will have on the overall net worth of the client’s portfolio; Property management, whereby we provide tenant screening, leasing, rent collection, the coordination of contractors for repairs, and overall supervision and upkeep of the client’s property;

Property sales, in which we contract with sellers of real property to list, market and sell their properties for them;

Syndication, whereby we act as a Sponsor of our private real estate syndications, we perform all aspects involved in the formation of the syndication;

Project management, in which we oversee real estate development and redevelopment projects within time cost and quality constraints.
