Advantage Lending Center was created by real estate professionals for real estate professionals. Our job is to help our broker partners close loans loan, not turn them down. At Advantage Lending Center we focus on non-traditional loan programs that are hard to find in the current real estate market. Our experience in the mortgage industry has given us an exclusive inside track with private funds, hedge funds, and other companies that invest in mortgage notes.
Many borrowers have been left behind by the recent rule changes and guideline tightening by the major mortgage lenders. Non-Traditional borrowers generally require a SISA, SIVA or NINA loan type primarily due to difficulty documenting income, assets and/or job history. Often these borrowers make good credit risks but are limited in their ability to gain access to traditional mortgage products.
