Property Management - Apartments.

I’ve spent nearly 25 years in Multi-Family Property Management and I am putting that background to good use in my new company, providing property owners, brokers, investors and lenders with the knowledge and strategies I have acquired through the past 25 years.
I will be focusing on Full Service Property Management services, helping apartment owners maximize their investment by increasing income, lower operating expenses and recommending cost effective capital improvements. ACU (Apartment Concepts Unlimited) will also provide consulting services to apartment owners with specific goals such as Acquisition/Due Diligence Analysis, Loan Refinancing or Presale Positioning and Cost Segregation tax strategy. I believe a partnership must be developed between the owner and the property management company and I will provide that.
